АFounded in 1993 and based in Sofia, FairPlay International JSC (FPI) is a privately owned Bulgarian investment and construction company, an experienced and widely recognized market leader. During the past decade, FPI has largely integrated its business and is now present in each part of the home-making process: from structural design, planning and architecture to furnishing, gardening and property management. 

The total build-up area that the company has constructed so far exceeds 120,000 sq.m., 50% of which were completed during the past 3 years. Currently, with more then 110,000 sq.m. of land under development, FPI is considered to be the largest investor in residential buildings in Bulgaria. FPI has recently won several prestigious awards for:

• Best Residential Building in 2002 with Apartment House Iztok
• Best city hotel in 2004 with the architectural and historical monument Crystal Palace – Boutique Hotel

FPI is well known for being the pioneer in the completion and management of apartment buildings in Bulgaria. The company is also proud to be the first private national firm to invest in the preservation of the country’s historic and archeological heritage. With the launching of a development project in downtown Sofia during the spring of 2004, an ancient Roman amphitheatre was discovered. FPI stopped its work on the site in order to re-organize its effort and invest in the preservation of the remains.
