The first thing a foreigner should do is to register himself in the Registry Agency at the respective Regional Court (Razlog, in the case of St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, SPA & Apartments) to be able to pay property taxes.
To set up an account in the electricity supply company, you need to fill in an application form, provide them with a copy of the title deed and pay the registration fee for electricity meter. The office of the electricity supply company is located in the town of Razlog.
