You will be able to choose from various leasing schemes – different timeframes, initial payments, and installments. 6.1.Short and simple administrative procedure
6.2.There are no penalty taxes, in case you decide to pay the remaining balance prior to the end of the leasing agreement;
6.3.You do not have to show where you got the money from;
6.4.VAT does not have to be paid right away, it can be spread over the leasing period;
6.5.Leasing gives you the possibility to equal the regular installments to the potential rental income;
6.6.If you enter in full possession of the apartment after you have paid the last payment, you won’t need to get a mortgage on it.
