Property Management

For the convenience of the owners, the resort will be centrally managed, providing maintenance and property management services. The maintenance service is part of the owners’ obligations and is calculated according the floorage of the apartment/studio, on annual basis. The property management service is optional and is designed to answer the investor’s interest in returning the investment. It is focused on rental/expense management. Our provisions are for 7-6% return of investment yearly.

The maintenance service is designed to guarantee:

• Gardening/Landscaping/Snow removal in all common areas
• Cleaning and up keeping of all common areas
• Indoor and Outdoor lighting in common areas only
• 24 hour all year round security with high quality cameras/equipment
• Cleaning and maintenance of indoor corridors in common areas
• On site manager and concierge, life-guard

Property management gives you the security that:

We will arrange to have your apartment rented out as soon as possible by leveraging our own client base as well as outside property agents and/or tour operators. Such service will save you cost and time. Please contact us, if you would be interested in using our property management services.

Renting out the property

Your property is available for letting on daily, weekly or monthly basis! You need someone who can manage the valuable source of income and ensure your asset is protected. We offer rental and management services, which include but are not limited to:

• Leasing the apartmet – we can take on every aspect of owning an investment property, and all you have to do spend the revenue.
• Rental/expense management
• Tenant Management
• General maintenance and cleaning inside the apartment between renters
• Other services provided as needed
