Reservations & Cancellations
- Reservations with early booking discount will be charged 50 % of the amount / valid for all seasons /.
- Reservations with 30 and 25 % early booking discount applied and received not later than 30.09.2025, 50% payment of the total amount required no later than 7 days after the reservation is confirmed.
- Reservations with 20 and 15 % early booking discount applied and received not later than 15.11.2025, 50% payment of the total amount required no later than 7 days after the reservation is confirmed.
- The remaining amount is to be paid not later than check in. For bookings that include a stay in the period 30.12.2025 - 01.01.2026, the remaining amount is due no later than 7 business days before the check-in date.
- Reservations without an early booking discount are charged a deposit, equal to 1 overnight, no later than 3 days after the reservation is confirmed or 24 hours if the reservation has an arrival date 3 or fewer days from the confirmation date. The remaining amount is to be paid not later than check in.
- Exceptions: Reservations which are received after 19.12.2025 (incl.) with any kind of discount applied are charged a deposit, equal to 1 overnight, no later than 3 days after the reservation is confirmed or 24 hours if the reservation has an arrival date 3 or fewer days from the confirmation date. The remaining amount is to be paid not later than check in. In case of cancellation/no-show the deposit is non-refundable.
